EL SEGUNDO, Calif., June 27 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that it has expanded its information technology (IT) outsourcing relationship with Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) by signing a five-year, $48 million IT outsourcing contract with Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC).
Under the agreement, CSC will manage the following services: help desk, data center, electronic messaging, desktops, servers, data and voice networks, and staff augmentation in the area of applications development and maintenance. CSC will provide full services at five RTSC sites and selected services at additional RTSC sites. RTSC has headquarters in Reston, Va., and operates in 50 states, 38 countries and all seven continents.
