Deloitte adds two new partners to grow its Enterprise Applications capability

Sydney -- Deloitte has hired two new partners to join its Consulting practice to meet the growing demand for systems implementation work in order to support their client’s business transformation initiatives.

Bradley Burt and Anthony Buntic joined Deloitte in early August and are experienced leaders of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.

Robert Hillard, technology lead partner for Consulting said: “Part of our growth strategy is to ensure clients are offered focused and consistent technology implementation services worldwide, which complement our advisory work. Our clients are actually telling us they need a full range of end to end services.”

“We are now able to meet this demand and are offering a business focused systems implementation service that is able to define, lead and deliver on business transformation – all this will be enabled through technology deployment.”

“Our enterprise applications team provides specific ERP skills and our initial focus will be on SAP and Oracle. Anthony and Bradley have helped clients deliver projects across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Insurance industries,” said Hillard.

Commenting on the addition of these two new partners, Managing Partner for Consulting, Adam Powick said: “Performance of our technology practice has been very strong. The practice now consists of over 500 specialists and continues to grow rapidly to meet the demand from clients.”

“We identified a need for a core capability in ERP systems which will build on our current expertise as technology advisory, information management and online strategy and delivery. The establishment of ERP systems services also aligns our capabilities with those of the global Deloitte organisation,” added Powick.

Deloitte’s enterprise applications team is split between Melbourne and Sydney with plans to expand into other centres.

Bradley Burt is a technology executive with over 15 years of ERP design and transformation experience working predominantly in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industry. Bradley’s focus and core skills include process re-engineering and implementation of ERP solutions to enable process optimisation, in addition to project management and client management responsibilities. He will be responsible for growing our Enterprise Applications business, focussing on systems enabled transformation using the SAP product set.

Anthony Buntic has 17 years experience in management consulting and has successfully applied his skills in the areas of project management, client management, business process improvement, integration, SAP configuration and change management. He is a strong technologist specialising in the SAP ERP product set, and has been specifically responsible for the project direction and risk management (including project scoping and estimating) of many complex SAP projects. Anthony‘s primary focus will be the delivery of SAP related solutions to large and medium sized companies.
