The Centre will focus initially on designing and developing global and regional operating models in response to trends related to globalization. It also will develop new approaches to sustainability and provide services to clients in areas such as pre- and post-merger and acquisition support and strategic cost management.

Consultants working at the Management Consulting Innovation Centre will bring functional, industry and specialized consulting skills across a wide range of areas, including operating model architecture analysis and design; post-merger integration; business process analysis and design; and sustainability strategy, frameworks and measurement. They will work closely with professionals in other Accenture innovation centres and with other Accenture consulting teams around the world to integrate management consulting capabilities with complementary insights from technology consulting, systems integration and outsourcing to better serve clients around the region.
“The Management Consulting Innovation Centre will serve as the base for a staff of dedicated subject matter experts who are experienced in using innovation and technology to help drive business results,” said Teo Lay Lim, Accenture’s country managing director for Singapore. “The Centre will house content experts from around the world who will be based in Singapore for periods of time to conduct research, develop new insights and intellectual property, bringing the best of Accenture’s experiences and knowledge to the region. Experienced consulting teams will work closely with clients to provide tangible solutions through hands-on demonstrations, case studies, diagnostic tools, simulation scenarios and leading-edge practices.”
Accenture established operations in Singapore in 1975 and today has a strong presence in the market, serving domestic and international clients on transformation programs across a wide range of industries, including energy, telecommunications, high technology, financial services, consumer packaged goods and transportation, as well as with organizations in the public-service sector.
