PwC to sell US-based real estate consulting practice
Altus Group Income Fund announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the US-based real estate valuation consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers US. Altus intends to finance this acquisition through a combination of cash, equity and bank financing.
The practice provides valuation consulting and analytic services to a roster of global clients through a national practice operated from offices in Jersey City, Houston, Irvine and Atlanta.
