Unisys Adds BT Network Monitoring and Management Services to Expand Outsourcing Portfolio and Client Support
Collaboration helps strengthen service delivery and innovation for clients

BLUE BELL, Pa., July 2, 2007 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) today announced that it has signed an agreement with BT to provide network monitoring and management services as part of outsourcing engagements for Unisys clients worldwide.

The agreement makes BT network monitoring and management services a key part of Unisys IT outsourcing solutions. Unisys will implement these BT network services in its portfolio of managed network solutions for its global client base. This new arrangement is intended to afford each company new business development opportunities.

Unisys and BT also intend to collaborate on innovative business solutions for next-generation communications capabilities – especially in converged local area network/wide area networking (LAN/WAN), which can substantially enhance enterprises’ market competitiveness and improve productivity.

"Drawing on a long-term relationship between our companies, this agreement with BT strengthens the value Unisys can deliver to our clients around the world," said Randy Hendricks, president, Unisys Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services. "Combining BT’s worldwide scale and networking expertise with Unisys comprehensive IT services management experience extends our ability to provide next-generation network support today, and help clients innovate for the future."

The agreement is part of Unisys ongoing efforts to bolster its leadership as a comprehensive provider of IT outsourcing and management services. Unisys also intends to increase operational efficiencies and enhance margins by teaming with partners that can help the company enhance customer service while lowering costs.

Unisys will integrate BT’s network monitoring support into the Unisys managed services offering using the ITIL framework already in place. Unisys will continue to maintain operational support and customer relationships for transparent continuity of service to clients.

This agreement with BT is the latest milestone in the services relationship between Unisys and BT. Unisys already provides BT Global Services with managed network products and services as a key element of select Unisys IT outsourcing client engagements where the two companies collaborate. Unisys also delivers fulfillment services such as staging, installation and maintenance of servers and routers, on behalf of BT Global Services in more than 100 countries. In addition, Unisys provides Managed Application Services, along with data center and consulting services, for BT’s UK Messaging portfolio.

"Unisys and BT have a strong collaborative relationship, capitalizing on complementary strengths in numerous client engagements," said Francois Barrault, CEO, BT Global Services. "By adding BT network management services to the Unisys outsourcing portfolio, we can expand global operations and build on a relationship that goes from strength to strength."
